He has over 18 years of experience in food grain industry. He was working with Reliance Food Processing Solution Private Limited as Project Head and also associated with Buhler, London in Project Division.
He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He has expertise in the areas of leadership, management education, corporate management, organizational development and human resource management and development. He has the knowledge of traditional, emerging marketing channels and budget-management skills and proficiency. He is familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in food grain industry and have professional analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges which come with experience.
He also has diverse knowledge of industrial plant designing across the rice and other grains industries including the engineering solutions and drawing, layout design for a plant, LTHT and MCC panel drawing, fabrication and commissioning and turnkey solution to setup an entire rice plant. Under his guidance many rice and paddy plants had been setup in India.
